Yes, once: when a Free account uses all its DMs for the month, the Billing page offers 250 extra DMs at no cost. Paid plans have unlimited DMs.

The Free plan includes 1,500 automated DMs a month. If you use them all before the month ends, you can add 250 more, free, one time.
- Open Billing in the menu.
- Find the DMs this month card. It shows You’ve used all your free DMs this month.
- Click Get 250 more DMs (one-time).
- You will see Refill activated — 250 extra DMs added for this month.
From then on, new DMs go out again. The card now counts the extra DMs too, marked (incl. refill).
When the button appears
The button only appears when all three of these are true:
- you are on the Free plan,
- you have used every free DM for this month,
- you have never had the refill before.
If you still have free DMs left, there is nothing to click yet. Come back when the card says they are used up.
It is one time only
The refill is given once per account, ever, and once per person who claims it. It is not given again next month.
The 250 extra DMs belong to the month you add them. Any you do not use are not carried into the next month. Next month, your normal 1,500 free DMs come back on their own.
When the extra DMs are used up, the card says Your one-time refill is used up. Upgrade for unlimited DMs.

- The card shows the date your free DMs reset, next to remaining.
- The refill costs nothing and does not start a paid plan.
