Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any account you connect belongs to you or that you are authorized to act on its owner’s behalf.

MyDMFlow lets you create automations that detect keywords in comments and messages and respond with public replies and direct messages through the official APIs of the platforms you connect (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube). Features, limits and availability may change as we improve the Service.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@mydmflow.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing.
• Violate the terms, policies or rate limits of any connected platform (including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy).
• Collect or use people’s data without a lawful basis or required consent.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

You are solely responsible for the messages, keywords and content your automations send and for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

The Service operates on top of third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms through MyDMFlow is also governed by their terms, and they may change or restrict their APIs at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by a platform against your account, including rate limiting or suspension, where they result from your use or the platform’s own decisions.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the applicable fees, which renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice for future billing periods. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription as described in the Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by PlanMyTrip LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular results (such as leads or sales) will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMyTrip LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlanMyTrip LLC and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a connected platform requires it. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
