What does the free plan include?

The free plan includes 1 Instagram account, 2 automations and 1,500 DMs a month, with lead capture and all five triggers. It is free forever and needs no card.

What you get

The free plan is called Starter. It is not a trial, and it does not end.

  • 1 connected Instagram account
  • 2 automations switched on at a time
  • 1,500 DMs a month
  • 1,000 contacts you can see in your Lead Inbox
  • Lead capture of emails and phone numbers, and CSV export
  • All five triggers: comments, live comments, story replies, story mentions and DMs
  • 1 media kit
  • Comment Shield, with up to 50 blocked words
  • The full analytics dashboard

The free plan has no AI features. AI comment replies and the AI DM assistant are on Pro and Scale.

Your first month

The 1,500 DMs are for each calendar month, on UTC time. In the month you sign up, you get a share based on the days left.

For example, if you sign up halfway through the month, you get about half. From the next month on, you get the full 1,500.

When you reach 1,500 DMs

Your automations stop answering until the next month starts. A comment that arrives then gets no public reply and no DM. It is not saved to send later.

The person is still saved in your Lead Inbox, so you do not lose them.

Open Billing to see DMs this month. When the month’s DMs run out, it says “You’ve used all your free DMs this month.”

Other limits

  • Automations: you can save more than 2, but only 2 can be switched on at once.
  • Contacts: Replavia keeps capturing after 1,000. You see the first 1,000, and upgrading shows the rest.
  • Accounts: to connect a second Instagram account, you need Pro.

How to upgrade

  1. Open Billing from the menu.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly gives you 2 months free.
  3. Click Upgrade to Pro and pay.

Pro costs $9.99 a month, or $99.90 a year. Pro has no monthly DM limit. See Replavia plans and pricing.

Good to know

  • You do not need a credit card to use the free plan. We never charge a card you did not enter.
  • Starter templates, tracked links, the follow invite and opt-out by STOP are all on the free plan.
  • Your automations and leads stay if you upgrade later. Nothing needs to be set up again.
