Turn Instagram comments into DMs, automatically.

Yes. Replavia is built entirely on the official Instagram & Meta APIs — the same approved channels big brands use. It passed Meta App Review, and Meta has verified our business as a Tech Provider. No risky third-party tools and no scraping.

Yes. In July 2026 Meta verified that our business operates as a Tech Provider — Meta calls this access verification, and describes Tech Providers as businesses with a legitimate need to access other businesses’ data in order to provide them a service. That is separate from Meta App Review, which approved the Instagram permissions Replavia uses, also in July 2026; Meta treats the two as independent. Neither is an endorsement by Meta, and no tool can guarantee how Meta enforces its platform.

Replavia is designed specifically to avoid that. We run only on Instagram’s official API (Meta App-Review approved), send at a human pace with a randomised delay that respects Instagram’s own rate limits, and never use banned tactics like “follow to unlock.” The accounts that get flagged are the ones using unofficial tools or blasting instant, identical messages — the exact behaviour we’re built not to do.

None at all. If you can write a caption, you can build an automation. Confirm your email, connect your account, pick a keyword, write your message — no code anywhere.

Create your free account first — email and password, or continue with Google — and confirm your email address. You are then taken to your dashboard, where connecting Instagram takes two clicks. You will need an Instagram Business or Creator account, which is free to switch to in the Instagram app and is what Meta requires for messaging automation.

Instagram is live today. Messenger, WhatsApp and Facebook are rolling out next — and your automations are built to work across all of them.

Yes — the free plan is free forever, not a trial. It includes 1,500 DMs a month and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade for more accounts and unlimited sending, and we never charge a card you did not enter.

Yes. Every account, including Free, can publish a public media kit at its own link — your rates for reels, stories, feed posts and unbranded video, your audience figures, your past work and your terms. On Pro and Scale a brand can build the order they want on that page, add extras such as paid ad usage with a duration, watch the total build from your own prices, and send you a brief. No payment goes through us; the enquiry lands with you and you reply from your own email. On Pro and Scale you can also dress the kit in any of 28 designs — magazine, Swiss grid, bento and more, plus niche templates for beauty, fitness, tech, travel, food, music, gaming and others — each with four colour sets.

Five things, on every plan including Free: a comment on a post or Reel, a comment on your live video, a reply to your story, an @mention of you in someone else’s story, or a plain DM. Each can run its own automation. There is no plan gate on which trigger you use — the Free plan limits how many automations you can run at once, not what starts them.

Comment Shield reads the comments on your posts and flags scam, spam and abusive ones in a review inbox — on every plan, with more rules on Pro and Scale. From there you can hide or unhide a comment on Instagram in one click, or delete it on Pro and Scale. Nothing is hidden or deleted automatically, and genuine criticism is never flagged, in any mode or on any plan.

Yes, on Pro and Scale. Give an automation a finish date and it stops replying on its own, so a limited-time launch or giveaway cannot keep answering people weeks after it ended.

On Pro and Scale, Replavia can send a small number of automated follow-up emails on your behalf. Every one says who it is from, carries a one-click unsubscribe and our postal address, and stops the moment the person unsubscribes, replies, or becomes a customer. We only email people who chose to share their address with you.

Yes. Every person who triggers an automation becomes a contact you own and can export or sync — they are your audience, not ours.

Usually one of three things. Instagram delivers only one automated DM per comment, ever — so if that person already received one for that comment, or another tool replied to it first, no second message can be sent by anyone. Otherwise the comment may not have contained your keyword, or your Instagram connection may have dropped, in which case we pause the automation and email you to reconnect rather than failing quietly.

Yes. The DM carries your link on a tappable button — a product page, a booking form, a discount code, a link-in-bio page, whatever you are sending people to. You can also ask for an email or phone number first, and every reply becomes a contact you own and can export.

There is no monthly limit on a paid plan, and the free plan includes 1,500 DMs a month. What every account has is a sending pace, to keep it healthy: by default up to 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day per Instagram account, and a newly connected account eases up to that over its first week. On Pro and Scale you can raise your own limits — up to 200 an hour and 2,000 a day, per account — from the safety page, and lower them on any plan. We warn you before you reach a limit rather than letting sending stop without explanation.

Near-instant. The moment a matching comment lands, the public reply and the DM go out within seconds — even at 3am.

We watch for it. If your login is ever revoked or expires — a password change, or a removed app permission — Replavia detects it, pauses the affected automations, and alerts you in your dashboard and by email to reconnect. Your automations and captured leads are always kept. No more discovering days later that nothing was sending.
