Where people drop off

This chart follows people step by step:

  1. Matched a trigger: someone commented or messaged something your automation answers.
  2. DM delivered: Instagram accepted the message.
  3. Link clicked: only tracked links count. A plain web address cannot be counted.
  4. Lead captured: they shared an email or phone number, or became a contact.
  5. Marked converted: you set this yourself in the Lead Inbox.

A big drop between two steps shows you where to look first.

Which posts and keywords work

  • Leads captured shows a chart of new leads by day.
  • Top posts shows the posts that brought the most leads. It also shows each post’s total comments of all time, which is a different period from the leads.
  • Top keywords shows the keywords that brought the most leads.
  • Leads by status and Top sources show where your leads came from and where they stand.

If you use link-click reminders on Pro or Scale, a Link-click reminders card appears. It shows how many people clicked after one reminder, and how many clicked on their own. Reminder records are kept for 30 days, so longer ranges show the last 30 days only.

Good to know

  • Analytics is on every plan, including Free. There is no basic or advanced version.
  • Converted only counts leads you mark yourself, so mark your sales in the Lead Inbox.
  • To count clicks, send your link as a tracked link. See How to track link clicks.
  • Some very old leads, captured before Replavia supported several accounts, appear only under All accounts.
