Yes: on Pro and Scale, each connected Instagram account can have its own AI assistant name, offer, tone, rules, FAQ and booking link, and its own knowledge pages. Blank fields use your shared answers.
Open AI Agent →Why it matters
If you run a bakery and a gym from one login, the gym’s followers should never hear about cake prices. Replavia lets each Instagram account have its own AI voice and its own facts.
Pro runs up to 3 Instagram accounts and Scale up to 20. See connecting more than one account.
How the settings fit together
There are two layers:
- Shared answers, in the main AI Sales Agent box. These apply to every account.
- Per-account overrides, further down the same page. These replace the shared answer for one account.
Each field is decided on its own. If a field is filled for the account, that wins. If it is blank, the shared answer is used. The empty field shows what it currently borrows, as “Inherits: …”.
Give a brand its own voice
- Open Lead Inbox, then the AI Agent tab.
- Fill in the shared answers you want every brand to use, and save.
- Open Per-account overrides and click Edit.
- For each account, fill in the fields that differ: business name, booking link, tone, offer and do’s and don’ts.
- Choose the FAQ setting, then click Save @accountname.
Each account also has its own Agent on box. Untick it to keep the assistant off on that account only.
Per-account overrides appears once you have two or more Instagram accounts connected.
FAQ: shared or separate
Each account picks one of two options:
- Use workspace FAQ — the shared questions and answers apply.
- This account's own FAQ only — only this account’s questions apply.
Choose the second for brands that sell different things. With no rows filled, that brand answers no saved questions at all. It never borrows another brand’s answers.
Knowledge pages belong to one account
Every web page or document in the knowledge library belongs to one Instagram account. The assistant for that account uses it. No other account does.
Selling the same thing on two accounts? Use Copy to… on a source to copy its facts to another account. The copy is separate from the original.
Other things kept apart
- Past messages. When the assistant reads a chat for context, it only reads messages from that one account.
- Auto-fill. With several accounts, Fill from @name fills that account’s own settings, not the shared ones.
- A moved account. If an Instagram account moves to a different Replavia login, its old assistant wording and knowledge pages are not carried over. The new owner starts empty.
Tips
- Give every brand its own Business name. It appears in the line saying the assistant is automated.
- Keep shared answers to things that are true for every brand, like your company’s support hours.
- Test each brand from an Instagram account that is not connected to Replavia.
Good to know
- All accounts draw on one monthly AI allowance. See AI allowance and usage.
- If one person messages two of your brands, the chat belongs to the brand whose assistant took it over. Other brands keep their own automations for that person.
