How brands order from your media kit

Plans: Free: not included · Pro: included · Scale: included

On Pro and Scale, a brand can build an order on your media kit from your own prices and send it to you with its budget. No payment passes through Replavia; you reply from your own email.

How it works

Instead of a plain contact form, your media kit has an order form. The brand builds its own order from your prices.

  1. The brand picks how many of each item it wants, such as 2 reels and 3 stories.
  2. It adds any extras you sell, and chooses how long it needs them.
  3. It watches the Total add up from your own prices.
  4. It chooses how it wants to work with you: Paid, Barter or Barter + money.
  5. It says what it can pay, or what product it is sending, and adds a note.
  6. It clicks Send message.

The order form is on Pro and Scale. A Free media kit still shows your four prices, but it has no order form.

The extras you can sell

Brands often ask for more than the post itself. Each extra is priced by how long the brand wants it, and your price goes up to match.

  • Paid ad usage

    What it means
The brand uses your content in its own ads.
  • No competitor work

    What it means
You agree not to work with similar brands for a while.
  • Ads from my handle

    What it means
The brand runs ads from your handle as well as its own.

Choose which extras you sell under What else brands ask for, in the Your rates part of your media kit. Ads from my handle is off by default. You must approve the brand inside Instagram before it can run those ads.

Read your orders

Open Media kit in the menu, then Messages. Each message shows what the brand wants and what it offers, above its note.

When the order uses only your listed prices, the message also compares the offer with your price. It shows meets your rate or under your price. If there is no money offer, there is no comparison.

If your kit has a contact email, you also get an email there when a new message arrives.

Reply

Click Reply to and the brand’s email address. Your own email app opens. The brand sees your email, never ours.

Click Delete to remove a message you do not need.

Good to know

  • Replavia takes no commission and holds no money. The deal is between you and the brand.
  • The order form uses a bot check, so you get fewer spam messages.
  • If your paid plan ends, your kit stops taking new orders. Messages you already received stay readable.
  • Set up your prices first. See How to make a media kit.
