Which other companies handle my data?

Last updated

Replavia’s Privacy Policy names every company that handles your data for us, and what each receives. Examples are Neon for the database, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI and Anthropic for AI features.

The short answer

A small number of companies help us run Replavia. Our Privacy Policy names each one and what it receives. In the policy’s words: “We believe you should be able to see exactly who touches your data”.

Companies that work on our behalf

  • Neon

    What it does and receives
The database: your account, automations and leads
  • Vercel

    What it does and receives
Hosts the website and your dashboard
  • Railway

    What it does and receives
Runs the engine that receives comments and sends DMs
  • Stripe

    What it does and receives
Payments. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
  • Resend

    What it does and receives
Sends emails: account emails, and follow-up emails to your leads if you switch them on
  • Twilio

    What it does and receives
Texts a code if you verify your phone number
  • Sentry

    What it does and receives
Error reports, without your leads or message content
  • PostHog

    What it does and receives
Which dashboard pages you open, with your name and email
  • OpenAI and Anthropic

    What it does and receives
    AI features only, described below

What the AI providers receive

OpenAI and Anthropic receive data only for these jobs:

  • AI comment replies, if you switch them on: the comment, and the business facts you gave.
  • The AI DM assistant, if you switch it on: messages from the chats it handles.
  • Safety checks on the text and photos creators add to a media kit, and on agency listings. Only the domain of each link is checked.

Emails and phone numbers are replaced before comments and DMs are sent. The providers do not train their models on it. See Is my data used to train AI?

Four companies named separately

None of these is used for analytics inside your dashboard. They are not purely working for us: each also uses some data under its own terms.

  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, for visit statistics on our public website. Google also runs “Continue with Google” sign-in.
  • Meta Pixel, on our public website only, to measure our own adverts. Meta also uses this data for its own purposes. It never sees your dashboard or your leads.
  • Cloudflare, for an anti-spam check on media kit enquiry forms and a safety check on link domains.

Where the law requires it, the website analytics and the Meta Pixel load only after you agree. Use Cookie settings in the website footer to switch them off.

Instagram itself

Meta is the platform you connect, not a company we hire. The comments and DMs your automations act on come from Instagram. See What can Replavia see on my Instagram account?

Tools you connect yourself

Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, webhooks and the API only receive leads if you set them up. You control them, and you can switch them off at any time.

Good to know

  • Some of these companies may process data outside your country. The policy explains the protections used.
  • The policy says the list is updated whenever it changes.
