In Lead Inbox, open Follow-up: Lost-Lead Rescue counts open leads waiting 1–3 days, 3–7 days and over 7 days. Pro and Scale can then follow them up with automatic emails and link reminders.

Why it matters

A lead who asked for your price is warm today and may be cold next week. Lost-Lead Rescue shows how many people are slipping away, so you answer them in time.

Open Lead Inbox in the menu, then the Follow-up tab.

The three groups

Replavia counts your open leads, meaning leads with the status New or Contacted, by how long ago they arrived:

  • Follow up soon

    Who is in it
Open leads aged 24 hours to 3 days
  • Cooling down

    Who is in it
Open leads aged 3 to 7 days
  • Rescue these

    Who is in it
Open leads older than 7 days

Leads younger than 24 hours are not counted yet. They are still fresh.

Needs attention

Below the groups, four cards show:

  • Hot leads — several buying signals, like a price question and an email
  • Needs follow-up — still open after 24 hours
  • No response — open after 24 hours and never messaged you back
  • Missing phone — no phone number yet

How to follow them up

The cards show counts. To see the people, use the Lead Inbox:

  1. Open the Inbox tab.
  2. Set the status filter to New, or Contacted.
  3. Pick a date range, such as Last 7 days, or a Custom range for older leads.
  4. Start with the HOT badges. Click a badge to see a Suggested next step.
  5. Message the person, then set their status to Contacted or Converted.

See How to manage your leads for the filters.

Let Replavia follow up for you

On Pro and Scale, two automatic nudges live on this same tab:

  • Follow-up emails go to leads who shared an email, about 24 and 72 hours later. See Follow-up emails.
  • Link-click reminders send one DM to someone who never opened your link. See Track link clicks.

Both are off until you switch them on. On Free, this tab shows Upgrade to follow up in place of these settings.

Statuses decide who gets nudged

Any status other than New stops follow-up emails and link reminders for that person. Set Converted when someone buys, so they are not chased.

Contacted also stops the automatic nudges, but the lead still counts in the rescue groups. Set Ignored or Junk to take a lead out of the counts.

Good to know

  • The counts look at leads from the last 120 days.
  • On Free, they only cover your first 1,000 saved leads.
  • Automated DMs follow Instagram's 24-hour rule. See the 24-hour window.
