Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

MyDMFlow exists to help businesses have useful, wanted conversations with the people who contact them. This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Service. It applies to everyone who uses MyDMFlow — businesses, agencies and individuals — across every channel you connect.

It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Breaking this policy is a breach of those Terms, and we may act on it as described under "How we detect and act on violations" below.

Respect for people

You may not use MyDMFlow to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, stalk, threaten, disparage or intimidate anyone, or to discriminate against a person or group on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability.

You may not share someone’s private information without their permission. That includes posting another person’s contact details, publishing private messages, photos or documents, disclosing confidential information, or exposing personal details in order to harm, embarrass or threaten someone.

Automated conversations and AI

MyDMFlow sends messages automatically on your behalf, and some features draft those messages with AI. Both carry obligations that we consider non-negotiable:

  • Never present an automated conversation as a live human being. Where the Service adds a line identifying the conversation as automated, you must not remove, obscure or work around it.
  • Never present AI-drafted output as solely human-written when someone asks.
  • AI-drafted public comment replies are held for your review. You are responsible for what you approve — approving a reply publishes it in your name, and the obligation to check it is yours.
  • Where a person asks to speak to a human, let them. Do not configure the Service to trap someone in an automated loop.
  • Do not use AI features to generate deepfakes, manipulated media, or content that falsely depicts real people or events, and do not use them to produce misinformation designed to deceive or harm. This applies to all content you move through MyDMFlow, however it was produced.
  • Do not use the Service for automated decisions that produce legal effects on a person or similarly significant effects — for example determining eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, education or government benefits.

Do not use AI features to develop a competing model, or in any way that breaches the terms of the AI providers we use — OpenAI and Anthropic — which are named in our Privacy Policy.

Messaging and consent

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people you message, and for honoring their choices. You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, chain letters or spam.

You must comply with the messaging laws that apply to you — which may include the TCPA in the United States, CASL and PIPEDA in Canada, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in Europe and the UK, and the LGPD in Brazil. Where a person opts out, replies STOP, or otherwise withdraws consent, you must stop messaging them.

You, not PlanMyTrip LLC, are responsible for the content of your messages and for their compliance with the law. We provide the platform; you decide what is sent and to whom.

Links and redirects

MyDMFlow can serve the links in your messages through a redirect so you can measure how many people clicked. That is a feature, and it is also something that can be abused. You may not:

  • use our redirects to send people to content prohibited by this policy or by a connected platform;
  • mask or misrepresent the true destination of a link;
  • use redirects to circumvent a platform’s restrictions, or to evade a platform’s review of the destination;
  • build redirect chains that obscure where a link finally leads;
  • redirect to a destination that differs from the one a person was shown or would reasonably expect.

A link you share must lead where you say it leads.

Honesty and security

You may not use MyDMFlow to deceive people. That includes phishing pages, fake payment forms, false pretenses used to obtain personal information, impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone.

You may not interfere with the Service or the platforms it connects to. That includes probing or testing our security, circumventing authentication or rate limits, reverse-engineering the Service, scraping it outside the interfaces we publish, or using it to distribute malware.

Unlawful and restricted activity

You may not use MyDMFlow for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, or in breach of any applicable regulation. This includes content that is obscene, or that exploits or endangers minors, and it includes promoting or processing payment for gambling, controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated activity where doing so is prohibited in the jurisdictions you reach.

The platforms you connect

MyDMFlow connects to third-party platforms, including Meta (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp). Using MyDMFlow in any way that breaches the policies of a connected platform is also a breach of this policy — including that platform’s rules on messaging, automation, data use and advertising.

Those rules are set by the platform and can change at any time. It is your responsibility to follow the current version as it applies to your account, and ours to follow it as it applies to ours.

How we detect and act on violations

We operate automated checks that flag possible violations — among them spam patterns, prohibited keywords, unsafe generated content, and unusual sending volume. Content our safety checks flag is blocked before it is sent, not after.

A flag is not a finding. Accounts flagged automatically are reviewed by a person before any account-level action is taken, and we do not act without sufficient evidence of a violation.

Depending on what we find, we may:

  • send you a warning or an in-product notice;
  • disable a specific feature, automation or channel;
  • suspend your account temporarily;
  • terminate your account, and any related accounts, permanently;
  • report the matter to a connected platform, or to law enforcement where the law requires it.

We aim to act proportionately and to start with the smallest step that resolves the problem. Where we can tell you what happened and why, we will.

Reporting abuse

If you received a message from an automation built on MyDMFlow that you believe breaks this policy, please tell us at info@mydmflow.com. It helps if you can include the Instagram or other account that messaged you, what happened, a screenshot if you have one, and roughly when it occurred.

We review every report against this policy and our Terms, act where a violation is confirmed, and — where we can do so without breaching the confidentiality we owe an account holder — tell you the outcome. You do not need a MyDMFlow account to report something.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service and the platforms it connects to change. We will post the current version here with a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use MyDMFlow after an update means you accept it. Questions about this policy can go to info@mydmflow.com.
