Return & Refund Policy

Our Free plan requires no payment and no credit card. You can use it for as long as you like, cancel anytime, and upgrade to a paid plan whenever you’re ready.

You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not provide refunds for the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can cancel an Annual subscription at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not provide refunds for the current annual term, and you keep access to paid features until the end of that term.

To cancel, do either of the following:

• In-app — sign in and go to Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.
• By email — write to support@mydmflow.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” from the email on your account.

We will send a confirmation by email once your subscription is cancelled.

If you were charged in error, or the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us at support@mydmflow.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or suspend an account where we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, or using paid features in bad faith.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and notify you of significant changes.
