Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This page explains how to delete the data PlanMyTrip LLC ("PlanMyTrip LLC", "we", "us") holds about you through MyDMFlow and the website at https://stage.mydmflow.com, including any data accessed through the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) APIs.
You are always in control of your data — you can delete it yourself in seconds, or ask us to delete it for you.
Delete Your Data In-App
The fastest way to remove your data is from inside MyDMFlow:
- Sign in and go to Account → Settings → Delete account. This stops your automations immediately and disconnects your channels. You then have a recovery window (currently 7 days) in which you can change your mind, after which your account, automations, contacts and connected-channel data are erased.
- To remove only part of your data, delete individual automations or contacts from their respective pages.
Disconnect a Connected Account
Disconnecting stops all further data access immediately. You can do this in two ways:
- In MyDMFlow — go to Channels, find the account, and click Disconnect.
- From Instagram / Facebook — open the platform’s settings (Settings → Apps and websites / Business integrations) and remove MyDMFlow. This revokes our access token right away.
Request Deletion by Email
If you prefer, email info@mydmflow.com with the subject “Data Deletion” from the email address on your account, and tell us which account or Instagram username to delete. We will:
- Verify the request comes from you,
- Permanently delete your personal data within 90 days, except for records we are required to keep by law such as billing and tax records, and
- Confirm by email once it is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your profile and account data, your connected-channel access tokens, your automations, and the contacts and message records associated with your workspace.
We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to (for example, billing and tax records) and anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you.
If You Are a Contact (Not an Account Owner)
If you interacted with a business that uses MyDMFlow and shared your email or phone number in a direct message, that business is the owner of that contact data. You can:
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL in the conversation to opt out — we mark you unsubscribed.
- Unsend the message in which you shared your email or phone — we delete that detail from MyDMFlow automatically, and we instruct the systems the business has connected (their CRM or webhook destination) to remove it too. We can send that instruction, but we cannot guarantee what happens inside a system the business controls, so contact the business directly if you need confirmation.
- Email info@mydmflow.com and we will route your request to the relevant business and delete what we hold.
