# Who can see my leads? Can Replavia staff or agencies see them?

> Your leads are visible to you, not to other Replavia customers or agencies. Replavia staff can look only when needed to run the service, help you or stop abuse, and contact details need a logged reason.

## The short answer

You can see your leads. Other Replavia customers cannot. Agencies cannot. Replavia staff can look only for a clear reason, and the most private details need a recorded reason first.

## Other customers

Every lead belongs to one Replavia account. The lead list, search and exports only ever show that account’s own leads.

If you run several Instagram accounts in one Replavia account, all of them show in your **Lead Inbox**. You can filter by account. See [How to manage several Instagram accounts](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/multiple-instagram-accounts).

## Agencies

Agencies in the [Partner agencies](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/partner-agencies) directory cannot see your leads. They cannot see that you looked at their listing either. They see only counts, never names.

An agency learns about you only if you send it an enquiry. It then gets what you typed: your name, handle, email, message, and any budget or timeline. Your phone number is added only if you tick **Share my phone number**.

## Replavia staff

We will be plain about this. A small team runs Replavia, and sometimes staff need to look at an account. Our [Privacy Policy](https://stage.mydmflow.com/privacy) says this happens only when it is necessary to:

- run the service,
- give support you asked for,
- look into a technical problem or suspected abuse,
- or meet a legal duty.

The policy says this access is “limited to authorized staff on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis”.

## How staff tools protect your leads

Our staff tools are built to show as little as possible:

- Lead screens show totals and counts, not people.
- To see one lead’s email, phone or username, a staff member needs a special permission.
- They must type a reason, and the lookup is written to an audit log before anything shows.
- The number of these lookups per hour is capped.
- Reading the text of a comment flagged by Comment Shield works the same way.

## When you report a problem

## Good to know

- Tools you connect, like Google Sheets or HubSpot, get your new leads because you asked. Who sees them there is up to you.
- Leads never include the person’s Instagram user id in any export.
