## On every plan

- All five triggers: comments, live comments, story replies, story mentions and DMs
- Lead capture of emails and phone numbers, and CSV export
- The full analytics dashboard
- Comment Shield, with hide and unhide in one click
- Sending limits you can lower, and a warm-up for new accounts

## What Pro adds

- Raise your sending pace, up to 200 DMs an hour and 2,000 a day for each account
- AI comment replies and the AI DM assistant
- Link-click reminders and automated follow-up emails
- Campaign end dates, so an automation stops on its own
- Comment Shield with up to 500 active rules, plus one-click delete
- 28 extra media kit designs, and brands can order from your kit

## What Scale adds

Everything in Pro, plus:

- Google Sheets and HubSpot sync for new leads
- Send new leads to Zapier, Make or your own server, and read them with the Leads API
- Bulk actions on leads
- A dedicated manager

Team seats and A/B testing are still in development. They are not part of any plan yet.

## What “unlimited DMs” means

On Pro and Scale there is no monthly DM limit, and we never charge by volume. Each Instagram account still has a sending pace.

By default that is 60 DMs an hour and 200 a day. It keeps your account inside Instagram’s own limits. See [Replavia’s sending limits](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/sending-limits).

## AI is one shared pool

The AI drafts a month are one allowance for all AI features together. AI comment replies and the AI DM assistant both use the same pool. A draft that fails is not counted.

You never need your own AI key, and there is no extra charge for AI use.

## Currency

Our website may show prices in your local currency, for example rupees in India. You are always charged in US dollars.

## Upgrade, change or cancel

1. Open **Billing** from the menu.
2. Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**.
3. Click **Upgrade to Pro** or **Upgrade to Scale**.

Once you pay, use **Manage subscription** on the same page. There you can change plan, switch to yearly, or cancel at any time.

## Good to know

- If you move to a smaller plan with too many accounts or automations, we tell you first. After 7 days the extra ones are paused, never deleted.
