# How do I list my agency in the Partner Agencies directory?

## Why list your agency

Creators who use Replavia browse **Partner agencies** to find help with brand deals and campaigns. A listing puts your agency in front of them, and enquiries arrive in one inbox. Listing is free on every plan.

## Register in seven steps

Open **Partner agencies** in the menu and click **List your agency**. The page is called **Start your agency registration**.

1. **Your agency** — who you are, and where enquiries should land. Every lead goes to the email here, so check it twice.
2. **What you do** — tick every service and niche you really offer. Creators search with these filters.
3. **Where and how much** — where you work and your usual minimum budget.
4. **Your social pages** — live pages where creators can check you are real.
5. **Track record** — past campaigns: the brand, the work and the result.
6. **Your reels** — a reel link for each campaign from step 5, with a cover image.
7. **Your pictures** — your logo and up to 6 pieces of work.

Steps 1 to 5 are one form, and it is saved before the picture steps open. On step 7, click **Submit for review**.

## Tips that help creators choose you

- Name brands creators will recognise, and state results plainly.
- Be honest about your minimum budget. It saves you enquiries you would turn down.
- Upload a PNG or JPEG logo. SVG files and animated images are not accepted.
- Do not list Meta companies as clients. A save that names one is refused.
- Do not upload images that show Instagram or Meta logos, or screenshots of the app. We cannot show those.

## While we review it

The banner says **Awaiting review**. The listing is locked while we read it, so you cannot edit or upload. You can make changes again as soon as we reply, usually within a day.

When it is approved, the banner says **Listed** and **See it as a creator does** appears.

## Editing a live listing

You can edit a listed agency at any time. Each save is checked automatically. Clean changes go live straight away. If something cannot be published, the message names the field to fix.

New pictures appear once they pass our checks. The upload message tells you whether a picture is already live.

## Your enquiry inbox

Enquiries appear under **Enquiries** on the same page. New ones are marked **New**.

- Each enquiry shows the creator’s message, budget, timeline and reply address.
- A phone number appears only if the creator chose to share it.
- Click **Mark read**, and **I replied** once you have answered.

We also email you the first time someone writes each day. The email does not include the creator’s address, so open your listing to reply.

## What your numbers show

**How your listing is doing** shows four counts for the last 30 days: **Shown in search**, **Listing opened**, **Contact details opened** and **Enquiries**.

You never see who looked. Browsing is private for creators. You learn who someone is only when they send you an enquiry.

## When a listing is not showing

| Banner | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Draft** | Not sent yet. Finish step 7 and submit. |
| **Awaiting review** | We are reading it. Editing is locked. |
| **Expired** | Its end date has passed. Ask us to extend it. |
| **Suspended** | Locked. Reply to the email we sent you. |
| **Not approved** | Reply to our email to learn what would change our minds. |
| **Account on hold** | Your Replavia account is not active. The listing returns once it is. |

If your listing has an end date, we email you once in the 7 days before it comes down.

## Good to know

- Replavia does not check agencies’ claims about results or clients, and each listing says so to creators.
- Listings and enquiries never include data from anyone’s Instagram account.
