# How do I know if a brand’s offer is below my rate?

> On Pro and Scale, each brand message in your inbox says "meets your rate" or "under your" price, compared with your own prices. When there is no money offer or no full total, it shows no comparison.

## The short answer

Compare the brand's offer with the price you set for the same work. Replavia does this for you when a brand orders from your media kit.

The comparison only tells you where the offer sits. Whether to accept, ask for more or say no is always your decision.

## Where to look

1. Open **Media kit** in the menu, then **Messages**.
2. Find the brand's message. It shows what the brand wants and what it offers.
3. Next to the offer, look for one of two labels.

| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| **meets your rate** | The money offered is the same as, or more than, your total for that order. |
| **under your** and an amount | The money offered is less than your total. The amount shown is your total. |

Your total is built from your own prices on your [media kit](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/media-kit). It includes any extras the brand picked, such as ad usage.

## When there is no label

Replavia shows nothing rather than guess. That happens when:

- the brand chose **Barter**, so there is no money to compare;
- the brand did not pick any items from your prices, so there is no full total;
- the brand picked an item you have not priced, so the total is not complete.

Showing "below your rate" for a fair offer would be worse than showing nothing.

## Things the label does not count

- **Barter + money**: only the money is compared. The product's value is not counted, so you may see **under your** for a generous mix.
- Your price on the day the brand sent the message is used. If you change your prices later, old messages keep the old comparison.

## What the brand sees first

Before it sends, the brand sees the same comparison on your kit. It reads **Meets their listed rate.** or **Below their listed** amount. The form never calls an offer too low, and the brand can still send it.

## What Replavia does not do

- It does not tell the brand to pay more, and it does not negotiate for you.
- It does not judge whether your prices are right. The comparison is only against the prices you set.
- No payment passes through Replavia, and it takes no commission.

## Good to know

- The order form and the labels are on Pro and Scale. See [How brands order from your media kit](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/brand-orders).
- Messages you already received stay readable if your paid plan ends.
- An offer sent by DM or email has no label. Send brands your kit link so offers arrive with one.
