# Instagram DM automation for coaches who book calls

> Ask people to comment a word like CALL, and Replavia DMs them your booking link and asks for their email. On Pro and Scale, follow-up emails and an AI DM assistant can steer them back to booking.

## The problem

Someone watches your video, feels ready, and DMs “how do I work with you?”. You are with a client, so you answer hours later. By then the moment has passed.

Replavia sends your booking link while the person is still interested. It also keeps their email, so you can reach them later.

## 1. Keyword to booking link

1. Open **Automations** and click **New automation**.
2. Choose **User comments on your post or reel**, and under **Set up keywords** type a word like CALL.
3. Under **Response flow (DM)**, turn on **Use a tappable button**.
4. Add your booking page with **Send a link button**.
5. Under **Collect their contact info**, choose **Ask for email**.
6. Click **Save & activate**.

## 2. Catch people who DM you

Make a second automation with the trigger **User DMs you**. Under **Or answer by what they mean**, tick **Booking a time**. Then “are you free this week?” and “do you have a slot?” both get your booking link. This is on every plan.

## 3. Follow up by email (Pro and Scale)

Some people share their email, then never book. Replavia can email them about 24 hours later, and again about 72 hours later. Both emails invite them back to your Instagram.

## 4. Let the AI answer questions (Pro and Scale)

People ask about price, length and fit before they book. The [AI DM assistant](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/ai-dm-assistant) answers from facts you give it, and points people who are ready to your booking link.

Fill in **What you offer** and **Booking / checkout link (https)** first. When someone asks for a person, or the assistant cannot answer, it hands them to you. They appear on the [Waiting for you](https://stage.mydmflow.com/help/waiting-for-you) list, with the longest wait at the top.

## What Replavia does not do

- It does not book the call. It sends your booking link, and your own booking tool takes it from there.
- It does not connect to your calendar, and it cannot see who booked.
- It does not promise bookings. It makes sure nobody waits hours for your link.
